Conrad Howard is one of Ireland’s leading restaurateurs and food entrepreneurs. In this interview with Kehlan he talks about how his mum influenced his love of food and how moving to London helped to develop his impressions of what good food really is. Conrad also explains why, during a recession, he opened four new restaurants and made them work.
His new foray into a new food product was inspired by a crowd favourite at their Elbow Lane Restaurant and are now selling in stores across Ireland. Elbow Lane Smokehouse Sauce was developed by the restaurants chefs and with it’s popularity they decided that there was some more to it than just an accompaniment to their dishes.
